    - Cheerleading. I will encourage you and support you, while encouraging you to find the motivational voice within. It's more important to me to mentor you than to offer you superficial cheerleading.

    - Begin with advice. While advice may be part of our work together, I believe that most, if not all, of the answers to your problems can be found within you. Let's find them together!

Hi! I'm Nikki Shaheed and I'm so glad you're considering coaching to help you through this phase of your life. I'm a mother, wife, birth professional, author, and life coach who lives in San Antonio, TX.

My work as a life coach is based on my formal coaching training, but also years of experience in guiding parents through the huge transition of birth and postpartum. Coaching is a natural extension of the work I have been doing for years, and I'm excited to expand my offerings beyond birth work!
