How It Works

These private Birthing Again childbirth classes are held on Zoom. We'll meet for two, 2-hour classes, where you'll freshen up your pain coping and support skills, learn from your past birth experience, and better understand how to help your older child(ren) adjust to a new sibling .

In addition to our four hours of one-on-one class time, you'll also receive supplemental videos to remind you of the nuts and bolts of birth. That way we can spend our time together on hands-on, interactive learning.

After you register you'll have immediate access to online videos and resources, as well as a scheduling link to set up our private sessions at a time that works for your family.

What You Will Get

Between the video lessons and our live class time, you will...

  • take a compassionate look at your past birth experience

  • learn hands-on support techniques for partners

  • build a pain coping mindset

  • refresh on the physical, mental, and emotional journey through birth

  • access hours of information about the birth process

  • learn to help your older child adjust to a new sibling
